Barry Cosgrave, K&L Gates LLP

Cosgrave is a partner in the Banking & Asset Finance practice group of K&L Gates LLP, dividing his time between the firm’s London and Dubai offices. Cosgrave concentrates his practice on distressed debt and restructuring, debt capital markets, structured finance, and Islamic finance. Cosgrave advises on Middle East regulatory matters and is an advisor to leading international banks, hedge funds, investment/asset managers, and insurance companies on banking, funds, securities, broker-dealer, and insurance regulation. He has worked on a number of Islamic finance structures that allow Shari’a-compliant investors to invest into conventional funds and asset classes in Europe and the United States.

John Evans, Tractus Asia Ltd.

Evans is a founding partner and the managing director of Tractus Asia Ltd., an American-managed, Asia-based foreign direct investment consultancy providing public and private sector trade and investment assistance. Over the years, Evans and the firm have advised on more than $5 billion in trade and investment transactions across a wide variety of sectors. Evans sits on several corporate boards in Asia and has been an angel investor into several early-stage technology companies targeting the Asian growth markets. He currently serves on the advisory board for H.E. Chantol Sun, the Cambodian Minister of Commerce and is a former board member of Princeton’s Institute for International and Regional Studies.

Ken Wengrod, FTC Commercial Corp.

Wengrod is one of the country’s leading financial advisers, and co-founder of FTC Commercial Corp., a global commercial finance corporation with domestic and international clienteles, primarily serving the apparel industry and consumer products. Wengrod was appointed in 2019 to serve on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee on small and minority businesses by U.S. Secretary of CommerceWilbur Ross and U.S. Trade Representative Robert E. Lighthizer. He serves on the U.S. Department of CommerceTrade Finance Advisory Council, and the District Export Council of Southern California. In 2018, Wengrod was presented with the Presidents E-Award for Export Service.
