Be the welcoming team behind the Chamber

The Greater Irvine Chamber Ambassadors take an active leadership role in the business community by welcoming new members, supporting member engagement, and representing the Chamber at ribbon cuttings and events.

Ambassadors help deliver new member plaques, mentor new members, attend ribbon cuttings, and volunteer at Chamber events.

Welcome new members

Deliver plaques, make introductions, and help new members plug into the right events and benefits.

Build real relationships

Make meaningful connections across Irvine’s business community while supporting Chamber programs.

Volunteer at events

Represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings, business celebrations, and networking events.

What to expect

  • Monthly Ambassador meeting (listed as the 4th Thursday, 8:30 to 9:30 AM).
  • Ongoing service that supports member retention and engagement.
  • A structured path to join through Ambassador in Training (AIT).

Common requirements

  • Chamber member in good standing.
  • Deliver at least one plaque per month and maintain program participation.
  • Attend meetings and follow the Ambassador code of conduct while serving.
