Event Description:
Learn the value of building critical thinking skills; learn how to apply these skills to individual and organizational situations and scenarios; explore the ethics and core values associated with decision-making; gain confidence in tackling problems, developing alternatives and assessing solutions and risk; improve your decision making capacity.
  Instructor: Dr. Brian Dozer, Director of Webster University Irvine Metro Campus. He also serves as adjunct faculty teaching Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses. Dr. Dozer is the Co-Chair of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce’s Business & Workforce Development Committee and sits on the Board of Directors of Vital Link and ISSA of Orange County. He is a member of Vital Link’s strategic planning committee for Minerva Tech Academy, a cybersecurity academy for high school and college-aged women. He holds a Doctor of Management degree from Webster University and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.
